Is AK Technologies tied to one manufacturer?
No, and that is deliberate. We install across eight access control platforms and six video platforms, so the recommendation follows the building, the security model, and the budget rather than a single line. Where a platform we do not hold fits better, we say so.

How do you decide which platform to recommend?
By what the site actually needs. Cloud versus on-premises follows retention rules and whether anyone is available to run a server. High-security postures, multi-tenant portfolios, and large analytics-driven estates each point at different platforms. Existing hardware often decides it, since a takeover is usually cheaper than a replacement.
