Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from sales handoff through final acceptance and closeout
• Review contracts, drawings, and estimates for scope gaps and risks, and build schedules and procurement timelines
• Manage budgets, labor costs, change orders, and billing with accounting
• Coordinate with general contractors, customers, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews
• Oversee security system installation, programming, testing, and commissioning, including commercial access control and video surveillance
• Lead punch lists, customer training, final acceptance, and closeout documents such as as-built drawings and warranties

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED; a construction or project management degree or technical training is preferred
• Minimum five years of commercial low-voltage, electronic security, or AV project management experience
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and change orders, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Preferred

• K-12 and government construction experience
• Enterprise security platforms such as LenelS2, Avigilon, or Milestone
• Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar tools
