What we install

How we deliver
- Walk the site first. Then we recommend what the building needs: a full tear-out and new system, keeping and servicing what you have, or a mix of both.
- Design around the day. Zones follow how the building is used, and schedules follow the calendar you actually keep.
- Install with the other trades. We coordinate with the electrician and the general contractor so pathways and power are ready.
- Program, test, and train. Every zone and schedule is tested before handoff, and staff get on-site training on the controls they will use.
- Stay on after. Service and maintenance for the systems we install, from a single speaker to a head-end update.

Common questions
What is the difference between a PA system and a paging system?
In practice they are the same system. Public address describes the speakers, amplifiers, and zones that carry sound through a building. Paging describes how people use it: an announcement to one zone, a group of zones, or the whole site at once.
Can a school intercom also run the bell schedule and the clocks?
Yes. A school intercom can play class-change tones on a schedule, and master clocks can be tied to it so every room shows the same time. Clocks can also run on their own if the intercom is not being replaced.
Do we have to replace our whole paging system?
Not always. We start from what is on the wall and keep the parts that still work, such as speakers and cabling, then replace the pieces that do not. Some sites need a full replacement; many need an update to one part.
Can public entities buy PA and paging through a cooperative contract?
Yes. Eligible Texas entities, including K-12 districts, buy under Texas DIR cooperative contract DIR-CPO-6165 without running a separate bid.
